Are we delayed?

Our drivers do their best to pick you up exactly at the agreed time, using updated GPS navigation which chooses alternative routes in case of any traffic complications. Even so, it is possible an unexpected event can delay us on our way to the pickup point. In such a case your assigned driver will immediately inform you about the expected delay.

Should the pickup point be at further away, our drivers arrive a day beforehand in order to ensure the highest possible success of your transport and to prevent any possible delays.
