Please note, we do not offer taxi-like transportation in Prague with the exception of the Prague airport. Transportation from/to the Prague airport and any Prague location is a flat fee of CZK 1000 for a sedan and CZK 1500 for a minivan. For anything else, please send us an email.

In case of order confirmation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the calculated amount in advance by bank transfer. The account number will be sent to your email. The remaining 50% of the transport price can be paid either by bank transfer at the same time as advance payment, or in cash directly to the driver during transport.
Order cancellation is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled transport. In such a case, the advance paid will be returned to you, reduced by the bank fee for SEPA payment in the amount of 1% of the transferred amount. Should the cancellation take place less than 48 hours before the scheduled transport, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the calculated transportation price.
You will receive an e-mail with your driver’s phone contact no later than 24 hours before the scheduled transport. To communicate with our customers, all drivers use WhatsApp.
Our drivers do their best to pick you up exactly at the agreed time, using updated GPS navigation which chooses alternative routes in case of any traffic complications. Even so, it is possible an unexpected event can delay us on our way to the pickup point. In such a case your assigned driver will immediately inform you about the expected delay.
Should the pickup point be at further away, our drivers arrive a day beforehand in order to ensure the highest possible success of your transport and to prevent any possible delays.
All our drivers speak English and will be happy to help you with loading your luggage or any other requirements.
Most of all, it must be said that our drivers drive responsibly, keep the vehicle in good technical condition and respect traffic regulations. Even so, they can get involved in a traffic accident. In such a case, the driver immediately informs us and we resolve the situation as soon as possible, providing a replacement vehicle in the shortest possible time.
If you would like to change the agreed route, either in advance or even during the trip, when you discover that you would like to visit some point of interest along the way, it is of course possible to contact us and change the route. It is possible either by e-mail or by phone. In such a case, we will immediately calculate the modification and send you a new price offer.
